I really do not like the ghostly as a species, but this one looks quite lovely with all the drapes perfectly drawn and shaded. Also, I love its little scarf/jabot because it makes the pet look like a distinguished deceased englishman. Aw. The tigrean seems to me quite meh, for all the reasons previo...

I voted for the Bovyne. Out of those four you've picked, that one is definitely the most feminine looking and probably the most unique. Also, I remember reading in some thread about your new-found obsession for the species. (; You could come up with a nice and unique personality for her based on the...

I think I'm voting for the old one as well. Not that I don't think the new art is infinitely better, but there are so many wrong things about this update. It has a huge shiny forehead; the arms and legs look way too awkward (otter biceps? no wrists?); the pet is too big so it looks as if it is cramm...

Out of this batch I only really like the Terracoon, it's very well drawn (the pose, the right amount of cute like zebru said, etc.) and shiny, but I wouldn't keep one for myself just because I don't like the species in itself. The others are a huge disappointment. Especially the Montre (distended be...

Hmm. I completely agree about the eyes and the different look they give it. I like the eyes on the "old new" much better (perhaps it has got to do with the head positioning?). Also, I believe I'm the only one who really liked the extra-fluffy hair on the chest... :( Besides that, the shado...

A definite thumbs up! Like Iggy said, it has the same vibe and personality to it -- the mischivious look! -- but with much better art. I really love it, I just want to stretch my arm and pet its fluffy hair on the chest! I hope the new version wins (from the way the poll is going, it most definitely...

New pet! - Archan

So, there's a new pet: "Deep within the heart of the Sacred Lands, something is stirring. Mysterious beasts have appeared--powerful felines who hold dominion over the winds. They are the Archan, and they have protected Subeta's holy grounds just out of our sight since the dawning of time. No on...

I saw this yesterday and was going to post it, but was in a rush to leave the house! I like the makeover, it's an useful change. I'm on dial-up and the page loaded pretty quickly for me, much better than having to go through endless pages filled with different images!

I don't remember if I had to change languages or not to get it attached. If I did, I could have solved the problem by doing it again, but alas, it was so long ago! I painted it plushie like adi_gallia suggested and it worked, so now I can't test the language theory again.

Avatar help?

I'm not sure if this should go under the Petpet forum or this one, so please feel free to move it accordingly. I've been aging a Mazzew, which is now 230 days and 2 hours old, but for some reason, I can't get the avatar. The alert on AvatarLog tells me that the petpet should now be fully aged and, w...

Heh, I was expecting something better. They're not bad pets, but nothing extraordinary either. The Kora is in an incredibly awkward position. Looks like it slipped on the rainbow, fell over and can't seem to get up. Silly creature with creepy lifeless eyes (they look shiny, though, and I do enjoy th...

GORGEOUS BIRD! Truly beautiful, the wings, the tail (those feathers!), claws (detail!), and they used perfect colors -- they're not too muted neither in-your-face vibrant. But...I too can't get past that pinkish neck nor grayish beak. And that makes me sad. I wish I could love that birdie 100%, but ...

But then they would have to make it a rule not to allow donation shops, wouldn't they? I don't believe it's already forbidden, but I might be wrong because I've never had one up. I believe it's almost impossible for them to track down if you're getting paid for commisions or not since you don't even...

I don't remember my first neopet ever, since I started playing quite a few years ago, but got bored and quit. I've restarted playing almost 2 years ago, and my first pet on this account was a green Yurble named tyergann. Too bad I didn't capitalize the poor thing and soon enough I grew an intense di...
