Re: New Token Shop Items
Hmm. It may be just round enough for the Everling's treasures. If someone grabs an extra one on the restock, I'm in the market and have tokens. (This seems to be the only way I get token shop items these days. Grr.)

Re: Misticpets - Brand spanking new petsite
Yeah: their programmer just learned how to do that this week, and now it has to be ALL OVER THE SITE. I remember commenting about Cenopets (where there have been few developments recently) that it was rare and exciting for me to see a programmer do something totally obtuse, and then realize it was n...

Re: RL Achievements and ToW
I am posting from work, having just walked out of a meeting with my boss in which I finally got the raise I'd been waiting on for a couple of months. Woo! Percentagewise it's a fairly substantial raise, but I don't make a hell of a lot of money, so I'm not about to start sleeping on a pile of cash. ...

Re: Human avatars
I was immediately excited, then dubious, then wound up grabbing both. There are some items in both chests that I'm never going to use, but there's some stuff that's spectacular, like the female shaman background, and some nice workhorse items.Mayhem wrote:I had to immediately grab both of them.

The new shaman costume trunk has me un-mothballing an old favorite avatar.

Re: Revamped Items, Minions, Etc.
Remember when I said the right edge of the new events were cut off for me at my usual browser size?
You know the tiny button that removes a single event? On the right?
Yeah, this is going where you think it's going.

Re: Revamped Items, Minions, Etc.
I don't have an event right now, but the one I did have didn't create scrolling, it was just slightly cut off on the right. Which is roughly as annoying in different ways. This probably tells you nothing, though, because I use Opera.

Re: Revamped Items, Minions, Etc.
Now they're off to the right, in the blue-grey background there. That's ... better, but still really irritating, because it makes Subeta very slightly wider than my browser window is by default (about half the size of my screen).

Re: Revamped Items, Minions, Etc.
Ugh. There is one good thing about them, which is that now removing them does not involve, functionally, a refresh, which I don't always find desirable. Still: hideous and wrong. Edit: I'm noticing some changes to the code elsewhere in the site, such as on the shop Edit Items page. The styling is si...
