Re: RL Achievements and ToW

Awwwww! He's soooo adorable! Dachshunds are my favorite, I've always wanted one. And he's exceptionally cute.

More pictures!

Re: Ron Paul

May I just say, I, at least, was referring to actual aliens. I mean, in that Dennis said he saw a UFO and he believes in aliens, like, from outer space. Not from other countries...So, yeah. I wasn't trying to refer to the immigration issue or anything, I agree with him about that, too, mostly. :? Ee...

Re: Ron Paul

Yeah, I don't understand the Ron Paul love. I mean, if I was a libertarian, sure. Or even a republican. But I'm not, and it seems like lots of democrats are like, "oooh, ron paul, he's not as awful as the other republicans on a few issues...let's vote for him!" ummm, why? I could just vote...

Re: NaNoWriMo 2007 Support Thread!

Ooga, that sounds really cool! I love fairy tale retellings and stuff, and that sounds classic and really original. I'm already interested. I'm always attracted by the concept of Nano, but I have no plot or story ideas whatsoever. *shrugs* I know I should just put fingers to keyboard and get somethi...

Re: Free Rice

It is addicting! I said I would stop at 1000, but I got sucked into until I was almost at 1500. The outer fringe of my knowledge seems to be at about level 40, I got to 41 once, but 38 is where I flourish.

It's fun, I like it. Cool.

I don't like it. I think this is mostly because I have one and I cannot get used to change, but it is just Not As Good. For me, at least. I don't like the slicked back hair, or the new aura, or the new expression on his face, I liked the big lines, I liked the old eye colors, and the spectrum-y ches...

If it makes you feel better, Arbor, the kumos is by far my favorite, it's beautiful and very consistent with the other kumos redraws (which are all, like, amazing.) It's just so gentle and soft and put together so well and it looks so natural.

I still like rainbow and pink...I'd probably make her rainbow, at least for the duration, for something nice to look at while you hope for something better. It's not as good as it was, but it's still pretty, and the rainbow pb isn't too expensive. Does anyone else get the feeling that the lenny is '...

My first thought, weirdly enough, was, "Calvin would love this!" The weird part being, of course, that I am not speaking about any Calvin I actally know, but instead the one of Calvin & Hobbes.

Hmmm. It's still cute, and the art is better, and yet, somehow, it's not as cute...I mean, I didn't like the old one, so it's weird that I should be discontent with this one, but I dunno. I don't think I like the shading syle? And it does seem heavy. And also the new one looks a bit stockier, less q...

I remember the comments system. I remember thinking, "These people are a trip!" Because they were arguing passionately about something, most likely pointless, but it was kinda fun. I thought Sam was funny and I liked reading the comments but it was annoying because I would want to say some...

Fun! It certainly is interesting, and it does make you think more than maybe you ought about, For instance, how great my indifference and disdain for popokos, darkonites, hikeis, mallarchies, festers, turdles, torreys, charlies, keetos, cadogres, devontis, lasirus, mortikings and ruffies. Whatnot. A...

This is not *technically* related, but how often can you get gems from the caves?

And when I went back the second time, it was in the exact same place and I got the same gem-is that usual?

I don't think it's exactly a problem with the art, I just think that eyes, being naturally lazy, are drawn to white, and so on the legicia it is drawn to the scales, and since as a pet it has so much going on, it seems distracted and hard to see. Differentiating between two dark colors is just going...

I think they are thinking some people will go, "Hey, if you send me a faerie paint brush/codestone/map piece/chicken, I'll give you this turmac! See! Right here! On my pet! No, not in trades, that'd be too easy! Just send it to me!" So I guess they are protecting people from their own stup...
