Re: Survival of the Pandemic festivites
I dunno if you saw but they are in the Crystal Shop too, and you can pick one up every 6 hours.

Re: Trivia Talk
I was just messing with the "what the internet knows about you" site and I admit, it's sort of creepy. Clever, but creepy. :-) The Internet knows what brand of tea I buy! (Or at least what major tea website I shop at...) StartPanic is another site that displays what this method is capable...

Re: Trivia Talk
That's exactly what we're doing! We found out about it (it's not an exploit) through the new york times, which used it to figure out what sites people visited the most when they went to NYT. Also google analystics (already on Subeta) uses it to determine what sites you come from and what popular sit...

Re: Neuro Galaxy
Yeah, the things I want to improve the most prior to really promoting it is fixing the navigation so it's more intuitive to newer users. Also the roaming feature has a huge upgrade coming to it soon to make it take less time / be less weird (even though it's a really unique feature and I like it a l...

Re: Neuro Galaxy
One thing that I do want to point out is that this will be mostly a sort of really easy transition for the site (if we decide to buy it, which it's looking very likely that we will). We will be keeping all of their current staff 100% on the site working on it (and now being paid which == more conten...

Re: Neuro Galaxy
Hey Guys -- The reason that Cranberry actually posted about it is because we (Agoge Inc.) are thinking of purchasing Neurogalaxy and making it a part of our little company. I think that it's unique enough to be a separate site from Subeta (And we wouldn't be crossing artists or anything), we'd basic...

Re: Free Shop Giveaway!
Yeah -- I'm really glad that we fixed that, and the ??? in stock. I also feel like enough restock on each restock (and the 5 minute limit) that everyone really has a fair chance even if they all just hit the first thing they see.
I really like this system XD

Just wanted to pop in and say that I'll continue to be adding items through the night, but for those of you who collect tiles I just threw a load of them in!

Re: Win a nifty electronic device contest
Hehe, we aren't stealing your facebook information or anything! I've been working on a sort of "social networking" strategy for growing Subeta, since we can invest a ton of money in ads all over the internet, or use tools like facebook and twitter where the people we're advertising to (peo...

Re: Win a nifty electronic device contest
Yes! Make sure you go to the checklist page before you do anything else, because otherwise they won't count.
And the Zune is a MP3 Player with some other cool stuff, like being able to share music over wifi with other people who have a zune (especially cool if you live in a big city).

Re: Site revamp/overhaul
Is it just me (or Chrome), or do the pop-ups for users tend to scroll up again, which is really annoying because I like to hover over my friends and see what HAs they have...? Grr. That's sort of my fault -- yesterday I updated our tooltip and javascript libraries (while in the process of fixing th...

Re: Site revamp/overhaul
URGH. I just looked at one of my pets' lookups - treasure chests are no longer four rows?! AAAGH. I spent SO MUCH TIME organizing all 10 treasure chests so each row made sense and had a theme and and and. I do not like this. AT ALL. You can change it here . There are the CSS codes listed to help yo...

Re: Site revamp/overhaul
Oh -- And also there is a widget (you can get to it via edit sidebar) that allows you to add sidebar navigation like in the old layout. It's called the Navigation Widget.

Re: Site revamp/overhaul
I'm sosososo excited about the new layout, and we're working really hard now to address the things that we missed (IE: You being notified when there is new news!) The pet profiles are still (sort of) compatible, we just didn't want to take the chance so you can click that link on the news to fetch a...
