Re: Nostalgic Fester and Mortiking
Yep, that's what I meant. I think the pose, the downward crest, and the long legs make it look more like an updated Lenny. Maybe that's why I like it so much?

Re: Nostalgic Fester and Mortiking
I really like the fester too. But aside from the legs, there's nothing about it that looks like a toy. It just looks l like a pink bird with peg legs. Still, I want one.

Citalopram and amitriptyline. A couple years ago, when I first tried medication, I was put on zoloft. I think. I lost 20 lbs because I couldn't eat and it also made me quite dizzy. I started these two back in January and the first thing I noticed was that I was sleeping 12 hours a day. That lasted f...

Re: RL Achievements and ToW
I'd rather post this hear than on my Life Drama thread and thereby remove the possibility of me reading through it again, but suffice to say that I'm better now. Not great, but better. I started taking anti-depressants again and I've think I've found the combination with the least amount of side-eff...

Re: Elderly Ogrin
I like it enough to forget that I used to seethe with rage even at the barest mention of the word ogrin. I don't remember if the accessories and clothing are cross-species wearables, but I think Jazzy at least would appreciate a nifty ball of yarn and the glasses would be great for a kyrii. You have...

Re: Possible Darkonite Revamp
I agree that the flames should be darker, the smile turned upside down, and the irises made bigger to keep that evil glow. It's also missing the scar over its eye and the scraggly whiskers. I also think the spikes on the side of its head are too small and positioned in such a way that they don't loo...

Re: My mental ill and disabled brother might go to jail
So, I've taken the day off of work and talked to some of the human resources people there to try go through my employer's something or other policy to try and get a lawyer or council or something. And I've talked to my dad and we've agreed to pretend that nothing's out of the ordinary to try and get...

Re: My mental ill and disabled brother might go to jail
Thanks guys, it means a lot. I emailed my instructor last night to tell him I wouldn't be in class today. Then I spent nearly all of last night trying to figure out what to do, and not getting any sleep. I've had insomnia for years now, but this was pure restlessness. This morning, I called a psychi...

Life Drama
So, long time no post much of anything substantive. Here's where my life is and why I am angry, frustrated, and unexpectedly frightened. My brother has a developmental disability and schizophrenia, or perhaps bipolar disorder. He currently lives in a residential home with another person, both of who...

Re: Possible Fester Redesign
Yeah, I don't like it. I don't think there's anything wrong with the old fester except for that damned mohawk. I'm quite the fan of them usually, but it just always struck me as one of those needlessly tacked on features to make the species "unique", like wings or ruffs. It's especially ir...

Re: Ty Appreciation Day!
I used to think Ty was cool. I still think Ty is cool, but I used to too.
Birthdays are also cool. One day, I hope we can both concurrently be the same age. I don't know what that means, but Ty does. She's just that cool.

Re: RL Achievements and ToW
I just got back from Tim's show in Detroit. I wish I had stayed to get a picture, but I was white knuckle driving all the way there, and it was cold and wet and I had to pee the entire time. I also managed to go into the Men's restroom by mistake. The lack of door and the urinals somehow didn't diss...

Whoever said it had a nose? It's always had that cheap "I'm too lazy to draw a proper animal face" nose. Has everyone else thought it's had one all this time? Regardless, it does have heart. One. Not quite sure how it uses that either.
