Re: The Return of Dr. Sloth (Plot)

It said she was in a different galaxy. I took that to mean she wouldn't be around... though I have no idea of the airspeed of an unladen faerie, so who knows?

Re: The Return of Dr. Sloth (Plot)

Aw, no Space Faerie in this plot. Still, it's shaping up well.

Re: The Neocolours Virtual Pet Project (Lots of words)

Money - sort of a minor point, but I'd really like to not have the currency be called anything -points or -credits or -cash. We should be able to think of something more interesting - paper clips, maybe. Or make up a word. Or use an obscure real-world currency.

Re: The Neocolours Virtual Pet Project (Lots of words)

Games and Moneymaking: What if, instead of 3 plays per game daily, we had an overall limit? You can play one game 40 times, or 40 games one time each, or whatever combination you like (not necessarily 40, I just picked that number from KoL). I suppose there's a risk then of everybody playing whiche...

Re: Halloween Bori

Nope, this is exactly the right place - it's for all art, Neopets or not.

Neat drawing! Is it holding a skull and looking at it?

Re: The Neocolours Virtual Pet Project (Lots of words)

Life, the Universe, and Everything: Do we want this to be primarily tongue-in-cheek (like Kingdom of Loathing), or primarily somewhat serious with jokes here and there (like Neopets, I guess)? I think I'd vote for more serious, because there is a danger of just putting stuff in because it seems fun...

Re: The Return of Dr. Sloth (Plot)

I love the new space station, it looks great - it really needed that update, too. Most of those games weren't on the map before, but now it's like they're actually located somewhere, which is nice.

Madge - have you tried clearing cookies? (Apologies if you have, it just often seems to solve these things)

I used that petpage guide for the fourth one, and noticed the hint that the robots can close doors for you, so the last one didn't take me long at all. But it was really hard to see the arrows.

Re: The Return of Dr. Sloth

I got all excited when I saw this, but I'm probably setting myself up for disappointment. Still, I can hope.

(Maybe we'll finally be able to get those orange spots off the purple pets! Maybe!)

Re: Clothing/Customizable Neopets

I like Pachelbel's Canon, so I went and listened to the harp to see if it would annoy me with bad sound quality, and it sounds all right but cuts off before it gets into the interesting part of the piece. It's like the recording of Beethoven's 5th my sister has that cuts off and fades out in the mid...

I don't cook much (...or at all) but I'd be happy to look through the recipes my mom gave me and see if there's anything interesting. Neat idea.

Re: Call for help: fill the pet db - last 33 missing ones pg5

I believe the asparagus and baby chias (both male and female) are the grandfathered versions - they look identical to the old version, and they don't have the stupid holding-nothing arms. But I could be wrong.
