Desert and Skunk Bruce

The bruce day colours are out.



The desert clothing looks a little odd to me; I think the skunk bruce should have been more penguin-ish.

If you take the skirt thingy of the bruce I think it might actually look really cute.
As for the skunk, I get that it needs the white stripe, but how cool would it have been if the left it off and you would have a penguin bruce?

I definitely wish they'd left the stripe off of skunk, but with the right hair (that short black bob thing that's in the mall comes to mind), it could be covered up and you'd have a penguin bruce. Which would be so cool.

I wish desert's golds were brighter, and I wish the browns had a bit less green in them, but aside from that, I definitely think it's a good color -- although, broken record time - why the hell didn't they stick a staff or something in its poor fist? *woe*

At least both sets of species clothes have something to hold, but still. Is it that damn hard to draw something for those hands they so insisted on giving everything? *bangs head on wall*

That's a reasonably good penguin off the bat (and sort the hair out as Kamil says and it'd be pretty spot-on. I assume the bow is removable from the Bruce.)

The Desert I'm ambivalent about - I like the face markings but the headband and necklacey-thing both look very flat. This could just be a trick of the small image though.

Eh, how come skunk isn't white? It's more of a dirty grey. How can you not make a skunk penguin black and white? I am baffled.

Well, I did bet on skunk. Half a win. I agree with Huggles about it, though--that is not a very excellent skunk. (Although there are quite a lot of kinds of penguins, many of which have white markings on the head, so I'm all right with that concept. If it were white.)

i think skunk is the better of the two lost dessert is blah boring for me. i can kinda tell what it is supposed to be but it looks like someone threw together a costume from stuff laying around the house.
