Chocolate and Zombie Pteri
Both of these are actually really nice. They could do without the random wing up, but what pet couldn't do without the 'fist o' doom'?
Faster than a speeding cheeseburger, but not by much.

Re: Chocolate and Zombie Pteri
Haha, yeah it looks bald next to the poop o' cream on the chocolate one's head.
There are stray pixels and crap all around the chocolate one, it's not cleanly finished :s
Edited for some positivity... I like the candycorn beak, though I find it too sharp looking for candycorn. Wish the feet were candycorn or something too.

The pteri could use some exposed brain action, I feel.

Choco Pteri= ULTIMATE <3
Very cute. The candy corn beak and drizzled wings really tidy it up, though the stray pixels are a nusance. :p
Overall, I'm definetly going to start zapping a Pteri!
Zombie....ehh, I'll pass.

Re: Chocolate and Zombie Pteri
I don't know if I've been looking at too many UC faerie pteris lately, but I hate them both for no particular reason, other than knowing that the pteri redraws were so nice in 1.0.....
Blah....! It also makes me realize that this species is starting to grow on me 18 months too late. -_-. Oh well. At least I have one UC pteri.

Re: Chocolate and Zombie Pteri
I like the colors of the feet and beak on the zombie, but it does look very bald. :/ And chocolate is very meh to me. Not that I was ever too fond of the original in the first place...

Re: Chocolate and Zombie Pteri
It isn't just the colors. Zombie really is bald.
Note the head feathers.
Love the candy corn beak on Chocolate, all the details are pretty well done actually. Zombie would be better with something on its head to replace the lost feathers. Or maybe just a hat.
Still not fond of such pudgy birds. Though, I think I tend to project the converted faerie pteri onto all new pteri, regardless to their actual art quality.

Re: Chocolate and Zombie Pteri
I wish the zombie one had a more empty eyed expression in both its eyes shape and beak. It looks sort of... determined and cheerful. Not the best look on a zombie.
Chocolate would be quite nifty if that pteri right wing wasn't bugging me so much.

The zombie distracts me of it being bald xD
While the choco one has too much whipped cream :/

Re: Chocolate and Zombie Pteri
I love the look of the chocolate one, the drizzled wings and tail is a lovely touch. I also like how they've done the chest, they haven't made it to neat it's rather messy which helps show it as a cream. The little cream puff on the tail is adorable :3 I'm tempted to zap one of my many Pteris to see if I can get Chocolate xD
Zombie is ok I guess, I agree with Goldenchaos it would have been nice to see a ruffled head instead of it being bald. I like the colouring of it's beak and feet.

I think the chocolate one is amazing! I love the cream on the head and the beak, and the drizzled chocolate on the wings really works for me

I'm not a big fan of Pteri's but, chocolate looks good. I LOVE the candy cane beak.
Zombie is HORRIBLE! It's very plain and just looks bad.

I love the chocolate pteri!!!!! It has so many great details. Candy corn beak, the whipped cream and the drizzle.
It would look better without the fist but wouldn't all of the pets
