RL Achievements and ToW-split 2/16/09

There is a child who lives next door.

There are multiple essays I must complete.

Said child enjoys screaming constantly (he is 5 years old). Like a hurt little girl, though he is not a girl, nor hurt.

The window of my computer room is directly next to said childs "play area".

Woe: My father's dog got beaten up by a few strays. Either my father was exaggerating on his injuries or something. Well, I guess there was something good that came out of this day.

Guys, I....I think I just saw an Ivory-Billed Woodpecker this afternoon.
I swear to God, that Woodpecker was huge. Its wings were mostly white and its body was rather streamlined compared to a Pilated Woodpecker. From what I've also seen in dimorphism of these guys what I saw was a male too.

Woe: my feet are covered in blisters from walking a long way in flipflops.

Bigger woe: I bought Bowling for Soup's The Great Burrito Extortion Case from iTunes. I listened to all of the songs on my computer after I bought it, but on my iPod it skips over 4 songs when I try to play them. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Sounds like the files might be corrupted. Have you tried deleting them off the iPod and then putting them back on?

I know, Trick! I've done the same thing. Some of the awful things people say in there just astounds me. I read the animal ones, then wonder what half the people who post in there are doing on a pet site. -le sigh-

On a lighter note: We're getting fish for our pond. Koi and catfish specificly. <3 Best fish ever. Now I just have to do some research to make sure they'll get along without killing each other and make sure the pond's filtering is working alright.

Achievment: After six years of trying I have finally managed to persuade my best friend to come visit me in Amsterdam! And it means I get to leave my summer cottage a few days early so we can spend more time together! HURRAH!

GETTIN DIAMOND TODAY!!! How could I forget to tell all my peoples? The mall opens at nine. My parents wouldn't let me camp out and wait for the spawn, so I'm gonna have to CC until I get to one that has Diamond. I preordered from EB Games, which was probably a mistake.

Achievement: I got a Wii!!! I'm sooo happy! I kept missing everytime they stocked at work...when they stocked at work. So I thought I would have to wait a long time before I got one. But while out with friends at a different Wal-Mart, they had one Wii. I bought it right away and guarded it with my life. I havn't tried it yet. I worked all weekend so haven't really had to time to set it up. I plan to try it tomorrow. I have no games for it either, that will have to wait till next pay check but I have the sports game that came with it and my gamecube games so that'll do me.
