Two Misc forums?

It seems that there are currently two Miscellaneous seections to the forum. I'm assuming this is a glitch, and I didn't miss a memo.

If I did, feel free to smack me with a fish.

There is only one now and there was no memo. At least, I didn't get one either.

It happens sometimes, and seems to resolve itself, or maybe someone's invisibly fixing it without letting me know. It's a weird glitch, that's all.

Don't you know? Gnomes live in caves beneath the forum, helping us out. You can only see them if you believe.

But yeah, it happens all the time and fixes itself.
Miltank is the coolest pokemon.
