Why would you measure someone's temperature if they had a broken arm ... looking for infection , maybe ??? but that can't always be true because if they had sepsis it would only show in blood tests ...

Why all the drool? Maybe that's why the temperature is being taken?

I agree with the tail. And why show the tip? that far away It just looks awkward- they could have either not shown it or made the tail appear shorter.

Isn't he looking at the wrong bit of the thermometer? It looks like he's looking at the bulb.

So, Doc, am I okay?
Doc? Oh, you mean me? I'm not a doctor my boy, I just like collecting other people's saliva.

The Healing Springs faerie has had a major update:

That larger picture is frightening. She looks anorexic.

The smaller piccie (after you press the 'Heal My Pets' button) is rather purty though.

I wasn't amazed by the smaller pic, the larger one is a little better. The mermaid tail looks more like a costume. And I'm surprised they've endowed her so, uh, prominently.

Dat neck. D: Also, her shoulder looks broken. And the dithering. Freakishly long fingers... Also, why is that box under her? I don't think it helps the composition at all, and it looks like a frame you'd put a page layout in. Which they did not do. I also like the second, smaller image better. The anatomy is slightly better, and the background isn't faded out.

Here that is if anyone's interested.

Ugh, the image is huge, she's SO skinny plus pointy boobs, and it's not so nice making those of us with lower screen resolutions scroll to hit the button when it used to be right there to click. I do like the background though. The smaller one is nicer.

Again with those weird box things. What exactly is going on with those?

The Fountain Faerie has always seemed a bit lacking in personality to my mind, and these pictures don't really help that. She has a rather vacuous expression in the second one especially. I do like the colour streaks and markings in her hair, though the turquoise face markings remind me of nothing so much as a random anime villain I saw a while ago.

I think it's odd that the Healing Springs Faerie has more expression than the Fountain Faerie. I would think that she would be devastated that the fountain ran out of magic, and ecstatic that it came back. She seems very aloof.

I really like the second FF pic for whatever reason. Despite a toothless smile she seems very welcoming. I like how her hair turned out, and the markings.

Yeah, those borders need to go. And again with those freaky long fingers.

I find myself craving a pudgy faerie. At least give a believable waist line to one of them, TNT, please? Enough little girls see anorexic characters already, and if you're spinning yourself to be a kid-friendly site why add to the body-image issue epidemic?

/end rant

I do like the fading of the water at the top of the image. I think it beats having the water just be flowing out of nowhere.

Thanks Tiel for the lovely set!
