Desert and Zombie could both be interesting colours. Chocolate tends to be pretty good colour when the artists bother, and Maractite could look very pretty on this pet. Transparent could be very cool, and some form of seaweed/driftwood Woodland might be nice. A well-done Speckled or 8-bit could be cool. Snow tends to be iffy but can also be nice when done right. Silver tends to be a shiny colourfill, though it can be done well. Relic is a bit monotonous, but might be somewhat interesting to see. Sketch lost a lot after the revamp. Biscuit could be amusing. Maraquan is unlikely until last. Custard and Glowing are Custard and Glowing.

A Zombie Koi could be very, very cool! I picked it and Maractite because that's what I want and they could both look awesome. Realistically we might get one of them and something boring like Sketch.
I could see Transparent being a very interesting colour, and Relic too - imagine something dredged up from a 200-year-old shipwreck the bottom of the sea.
I'd love a transparent which is based on a real transparent fish. Whether or not they feel up to deviating from the norm just yet on the colour is another matter...
And silver because... my cursor was over it. No reason behind the pick there.
