Rate the Neopet?

It seems weird to me that we're Neocolours and that there is a rate the subeta pet but not a neopets one. ^^;
I know not many users play Neopets anymore, but I think that the subeta rating system was popular and fun to do, would it be possible to make one for the neopets sections?

The big problem with doing this for Neopets is that we do not currently have a database of post-customisation pets and until TNT get round to revamping the rainbow pool we're unlikely to get one because there's no set url pattern to follow.

So it's really a non-issue until that can be done, and that's out of our hands.

Not only that, but it would get really confusing. Rate the old pets or rate the new ones? Would the ratings be combined on a page? What should the standards be for the older and newer pets? Would there be any point to rating the old pets?
