Calling anyone *not* in GMT.

In short, I don't know what exactly my timezone script is outputting for people who aren't in GMT, because I can't test that easily. This is where you come in. All you need to do is go to two places and tell me what you get :)

First place:
turmaculus.php
There should be a single number on this page, 0-23.

Second place:
On the forum index, where it says "It is currently 15 Feb 2008", there should be a single number above it, again 0-23.

Please post with the following information:
your actual timezone (CET, EST, PST, etc)
the number you get from the first page
the number you get from the forum index
what you have as the time in "It is currently 15 Feb 2008 xx:xx am/pm" on the forum index

If you are in GMT, please do not post here.

It is currently 15 Feb 2008 06:59 am
12 for both numbers

I'm in Mountain Time, don't ask me if it's Daylight or standard, I can't keep track of that. *Rolls eyes at self*
FYI the time is an hour off for me, should be 5:59 am.

I'm in EST, which is currently in Daylight Saving Time.

Both numbers are 13 for me.

'It is currently Fri Feb 15, 2008 9:03 am'. This is wrong -- it's actually 8:03 -- but the footer does say 'All times are UTC - 4 hours'.

Interesting. So my script's behaving as it ought to, but there's a mistake in the board configuration...how about now, is the forum index time correct?

Actual timezone: AST (Atlantic Standard Time)
Both numbers: 13
It is currently Fri Feb 15, 2008 9:37 am (which is right)

Yay, thanks - I'd not ticked the box saying "enable DST" because it never seemed to work on the old forums; I'd still have to manually set Summer Time. I didn't think it would actually matter here, but I can see it does now.
