RAH WAS SUPER SAD THERE WAS NO TOPIC FOR HER AMAZING FROG. So even though it's a bit late, I wanted to make a post about the Darkmatter Xotl xD
I love its pose, and I especially love how creative Rah got with the tongue eating the darkmatter - and how sad the darkmatter looks about it xD I always love it when the artists add expressions to the darkmatter, haha!
Aww, we are lame. I really like this; xotls are great. The tongue thing is a really good touch.
The only thing for me is that I generally want to see the same art but without the purple aura. I know it's a staple and all, but man. Maybe it's just my (really terrible) eyes, but the aura makes the whole pet just look blurry. Not just on the xotl, I mean, but with DM pets in general. Hard to focus on the linework. And it matters so much more when the base artwork of the pet is so great, like the xotl is.
