When applying for something like the Beauty Contest or something and the picture needs to be 150x150 (is that right?) is it going on about percentage or pixels?
I'm sorry it's a silly question but I'm somewhat confused

Beauty contest pictures don't need to be 150x150..but they would normally be talking about pixels. Width x height.

just at least lower than or at 17k.

It's difficult to compress it low that somtimes. Trust me--I've had to save up to 30 times of the same exact image.

Phew! it tired me out! lol
