Re: Hacked Pokemon Made-to-Order
Pyrostatic, I'm confused - are you saying you might ask Madge, or you might ask around because you want to make sure it can level up? Hacked Pokemon CAN level up. I mean, you can have a hacked Pokemon that is exactly like a regular Pokemon. I have a Gallade that is 100% like a regular Pokemon - the only thing 'hacked' about it is a friend made it shiny for me. Other than that it was raised 100% like a regular Pokemon and has no changed EVs or IVs or anything like that.
Re: Hacked Pokemon Made-to-Order
Well the way she worded her post it seemed like her hacked Pokemon won't level up? I'm sorry, I got easily confused. x.x;Jessibean wrote:Pyrostatic, I'm confused - are you saying you might ask Madge, or you might ask around because you want to make sure it can level up? Re: Hacked Pokemon Made-to-Order
The only thing your hacked pokemon won't be able to do is participate in official Nintendo tournaments, because of the Cherish Ball. That's it. They'll act just like any other pokemon. The only way they wouldn't be able to level up is if you asked for a level 100 pokemon.

Re: Hacked Pokemon Made-to-Order
I'm not sure how my post could've been misinterpreted, too... I mean, look at it:
Anyway I'm going away for a week no asking me to trade or whatev
What part's unclear? I'll change it to be clearerOf course they still level up! They are exactly the same as normal pokemon - indeed, they CAN be indistinguishable. Mine won't be, a) because I'm lazy, and b) because it would be unethical, or something.

Re: Hacked Pokemon Made-to-Order
I kind of got confused when you said your's won't be indistinguishable. But now I understand that you meant that by putting them in the Cherish balls. I'll put in my order to still for next spring. ^^

Fff, okay, I know I /still/ haven't picked up my Meowth, but I forgot ^_^; Anyway, could I have another request, please? I'll probably be on wifi for hours tomorrow~.

Re: Hacked Pokemon Made-to-Order
Actually, I've been meaning to order one of these from you, too. She'll mainly be for legendary catching and general "aww, look, she's so cute!" And I have MSN so I can likely as not meet you online tomorrow or whenever.

Re: Hacked Pokemon Made-to-Order
I'm not 100% sure if I'll be able to honour all these requests in a timely manner - it takes 10-15 mins to make the pokemon, check it's alright, and then save the game, not to mention I have to change my router's security settings to allow my DS to connect to the internet plus the effort of co-ordinating the trade.
(When I made this board I was on uni break).
Not to say I won't honour these, but it'll be in my own time unless you're a friend/former friend who I don't talk to nearly as often as I should. =/
Yeah can you tell I'm behind on my studies?

Hey, whenever's good for you is fine. I didn't mean to sound pushy or anything.

Re: Hacked Pokemon Made-to-Order
I sort of want 6 pokemon (actually half a team, 3 combattants and 3 Dittos) because I'm going to breed them for legitimacy, the Dittos are for other things
This half in particular will probably be used for the battle tower or something.
I'm in the process of breeding the other half in Diamond, but these pokemon need Heart Gold thingers, so yeah.

Re: Hacked Pokemon Made-to-Order
We'll see if I get to yours, Captain Awasome. Requesting 6 pokemon is a little annoying .
What I might do is let people make their own pokemon, then all I have to do is put them onto my cart and people can do stuff themselves. I'm LAZY.
Watch this space, I'll post a link to the pokemon editing file for the version I'll have on a game cart.

Re: Hacked Pokemon Made-to-Order
I know, but I've literally spent months trying to breed a decent Scyther and I'm almost ready to throw my DS against the wall.
I had more than enough decent one, but they all had bad natures or Swarm. FML.'
My FC is 4727-0179-132.

Re: Hacked Pokemon Made-to-Order
As promised, here's information on how to create your pokemon:
Pokesav is the name of the program I and I think everyone else in history uses.
It can be downloaded from: http://projectpokemon.org/editing/pokes ... wnload.php - download the HG SS one, please.
FAQ on using the pokemon editor: http://projectpokemon.org/editing/pokes ... onedit.php
My version: ignore everything except the "party edit" box. Press "edit", the pokemon creation box will pop up as seen in the FAQ on pokemon editor. Edit your pokemon - if you miss something, the game will fill in the blanks so don't stress too much. Once your pokemon is finished, press "OK" and you'll go back to the main screen. Next to your pokemon's name, press the "save" button, it will save it as pokemonname.pkmn (or something like that).
Things to remember:
You won't be able to change your pokemon's nickname so make sure you like it.
To edit the gender, nature, shininess of your pokemon you need to click the "PID" button.
If you missed something or aren't sure how to do something,
Make sure you put it in a cherish ball.
Then email me the file at madgech@gmail.com along with who you are and a list of times in Australian Western Standard Time that you could be available for trading. I generally am only available from 5pm-9pm on the weekdays but weekends I'm available from about 10am-9pm. Use http://www.timezoneconverter.com/cgi-bin/tzc.tzc
Fuck yeah, I'm being demanding! Partly because I'm lazy and this will save me tons of time, and partly because this will weed out people who want a pokemon just for the heck of it.
Captain_Awesome - I will make you ONE pokemon, choose whichever one it is you want.
