I've now put a ticket in (first time I've used that new system) and I've got my fingers crossed but, to be honest, my confidence is not high. Thankyou all for the hugs and best wishes, it is much appreciated, and I'll be sure to keep you posted.

I'm crossing my fingers and toes for a helpful person and a positive respons. I doubt that they would want to set that precedent, but you never know, TNT might just grow a heart.
