Flamingos Size

I think the flamingos need to be shortened. They are 163 px and the guildlines on sigs say that the max height is 150px. I was just wondering wether they could be shortened or be removed from sigs altogether.

Also, the av and sig guidelines need to be more enforced. Some forum members are not following these guidelines and I know of some forum members who are getting annoyed by this.

Perhaps the best place to start would be to set a good example? Your sig is not following the guidelines.

I just resized mine ^^;; It wasn't hard because my signature isn't a pixel. I know the flamingos would be hard to resize because they are pixels and resizing usually ruins them >>;; They don't bother me. If people have signatures a few kbs over, it won't crash my computer. Still, I wonder why there are signature guidelines on this board at all, if no one wants to enforce them. The guidelines aren't even stickied anywhere 0_o;;

It's not that no-one wants to enforce them - mods can and do ask people to reduce them in size. But they're not everywhere. Besides, on this forum we expect our members to behave and follow such guidelines of their own accord - they're moderators, not babysitters.

As for them not being stickied - I suppose stickying the board has slipped people's minds. Moving forum twice in a couple of months was rather disruptive and not everything has been remembered. Give the mods time (they have lives) and eventually everything will be where it needs to be.

And your signature is still above the size limits.

I'm sorry, I've been meaning to post it as a sticky and forgetting. If it's all right, I'll do that now, and lock this, and any dicussion can be carried out there. It'll be in the art forum, I guess? I think that's where it always was before.
