My account got hacked. It says I froze myself. I'd never do that. D:

The worst part is KootiePie131, my oldest Neopet, was STOLEN. I had failed to log in today for some reason and it said my active pet was Igar. KootiePie's usually my active Neopet, so I saw that as odd. After confirming I was still frozen, I looked her up. (She's male right now but that was a freak Lab accident )

And she was on another person's account.

I'm scared and sad... ;_; She was my pride and joy. I hoped one day to get her back to the Green Acara she was naturally.

What do I do!? I submitted a ticket yesterday night, but I didn't know she had been stolen when i submitted it.

I believe you can edit or add to your ticket. So go back to it if you can (hopefully you submitted it from a side account) and try doing that.

You may also mail the current owner and see if they know that she's a stolen pet and tell them what happened. You may be able to persuade them to hold onto her for you until you get your side account back, depending on how they got the pet. Don't beg or accuse, but if you ask nicely, people can often be nice in return.

That's the best you can hope for at the moment, when mine was cookie grabbed they had it iced very quickly and returned to me after a few weeks. It seems like a long time, but once it's back you'll be thankful!

Another update! The new owner of Kootiepie131 had THEIR account frozen!

Well, that's progress. Hopefully things will be back to "normal" (at least as close as it can get after this) soon!
