I saw a post on the Neoboards about someone selling real life TCG cards. I told them I'd like to buy some cards, but today I found that I was frozen for buying and selling neopoints.

If anyone has any advice for getting my account back, I'd like it
I spent too much on Neocash to lose it now.

The best you can do is put in a ticket about the issue and how you think it was a misunderstanding. Not sure what else you can do at this point.

I don't see how discussing TCG cards is a freezable offence, so definitely flag it up as a misunderstanding by an over-zealous monitor. They might not like you discussing purchasing real-world items on the site as you'd probably end up having to discuss ebay or similar, but I'd've thought at worst that would warrant a warning. Good luck with the ticketing system!

How ridiculous of Neopets to freeze people for wanting to spend money on Neopets merchandise.
I'd say just explain the missunderstanding and have lots of patience.
