height/weight/bmi charts

I was checking out the Height and Weight Stats page, and it looks like someone has entered faux information on the Jetsams... or put a decimal in a very wrong place or something.

In fact, looking now, it looks like there might be some spurious information for Chias and Kacheeks too. The standard deviations look rather deviant.

As a general rule, a standard deviation below about 8 is believable for heights and weights. Will go clear the fake ones now.

Yeah, some of these were waaaay off.
