Is the Adoptions board supposed to be visible to guests?

I came on today and wasnt logged in either and went straight to the adoption board

which wasnt there which then I looked and discovered I wasnt logged in (usually when I come here, its on memory so it is always logged on but last night I cleared the cookies out)

Summary - guests cannt view the adoptions board right now with out creating an account and looking in.

Oh, good When posting that guests weren't allowed to post in ss or chit-chat, I realised I'd forgotten whether they could see and not post in adoptions or couldn't see it at all. thanks!
