When I tried to refresh the new posts. Never happened before that I can remember. What's it mean? What's it for?

I think the forum is glitching. A lot of problems seem to have arisen. I think we need to ask Jazzy about these things. I haven't had this problem yet though.

Search flood control, not a bug. Lowered the interval a bit, but this is not a glitch.
