So when did this pop up? I was under the assumption that that's what Epilogue was for?

About three hours ago, and it's to put all the topics which were cluttering up chitchat in. Posts which are essentially one or two words long aren't really interesting enough to go in epilogue, and "favourite ___" was taking over the active bit of chitchat.

As for why it keeps moving up and down the forum order...I don't know. It's set second in the non-neo section in the ap, but it won't stay there.
