Trouble attaching new sig

I am having trouble attaching my new sig. I have tried using the tags and I still can't attach it. The sig is here, it is in signature size range so I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I have also checked and I do have HTML and BBcode on.

Occasionally I've had images not work when I initially posted them, but all I had to do was refresh, and it showed up for whatever reason. Perhaps it's just some sort of glitch?
