Because they're a new item and still unbuyable.

However, they're rarity 78 according to Neoitems. That's fairly common, even if they're one-use items. I don't think this is true.

If it's true, someone (on the neoboards or another forum) will have used one and they can post a link to a sheared gnorbu so we can all see. Otherwise I won't believe it.

When I checked, I didn't see any on the shop wizard at all. But like I said, they're new, and they've got a fairly easy rarity - their price will drop fast.
