*grabs kitties and flees from skerry Ontra*

The crimson used for the blood is gorgeous, and the blood itself looks very real. All in all I think it's a wonderful revamp. <3

Well, it's an improvement, but I think it looks kind of mutated about the head. Demented, and not in a good way.

Blood's very nice, though. I always appreciate blood.

The ontra isn't my favourite pet, but my hat goes off to Keshi. I seriously can't believe she's only been working for the site for a few months. :o I love the blood on the tail.

Kind of a big change, but I just can't hate it. Something about the eyes is bothering me, though...

I like it, but I don't like that they picked GREEN for that one eye. Green, seriously? Bloody Christmas Ontra. :P

If they had used gold or something else tough instead of GREEN... blech.

Well it is a huge improvement compared to the last one and as far as Ontras go. I particularly like the snarl and the blood, but the only Bloodred pet I have considered owning is the Tigrean or Bovyne so far, the tail of this one tends to almost disappear to me, but I still like it.

Now if only Arbor was an official artist and had time to update the Reborn or Angelic Torrents as they are pets I can picutre needing.

ETA: Mayhem- Nearly all new Bloodred pets have one red and one green eye, don't ask why, but they do. :|

Or green and yellow mismatched eyes. But yes. It's common as a theme, I don't know why. I pretend that Mezzanine has two green eyes. (Kind of like Parapin's eyes like that, though; reveals the crazed fractures within. Why yes, I do overthink my pets.)

They do? Wtf, I just now noticed that since you said something. I'm slow.

They still look funky. D:

Oh bugger me -- the old bloodred Ontra is so entirely forgettable that I added the revamp as though it were new. (Despite the text under the new one strongly implying that it is a revamp. Uh ... long day at work.) Please don't hurt me, Jazzy.

Mr. Black, Jazzy says to make it into a Cream Sheeta (which is rated at 3).

When the next new pet is released, it can be edited into that record, instead of being added as a new pet. And then Jazzy can reset that rating. Yay like magic.

Ha, someone on the comments didn't see the tail that easily either.
Does anyone else think that the blood slashes on its hind kinda looks like Zorro mark? Cool art. I can only dream of being that good.
Now that they mention it, it does kind of look like a "Z".

Very nice, love the snarling. It reminds me of a badger.

The only thing that bothers me is that the blood is a little watery looking in some places. Like, it's rain dripping off the fur, only the rain is red.

I love it! The pose is great and so is the blood dripping from it. I quite like Blood as a colour, actually. It's different and quite unusual. I'm in love with this ^^

While blood is thicker than water (healthy blood is usually about 3x thicker, at that), it's not like it's the consistency of syrup; dripping blood is very similar to dripping water. (I think that women especially get a poor sense of the actual viscosity of blood, because that monthly blood is really thick. Just rambling; I think about blood too much. ^_~)
