Starry Siouvan!

I am reworking Siouvan's character, because not doing so meant trading her away and I like her too much to do that.
So here is the new design, which I think turned out rather well.

Also, if you wouldn't mind, I stuck her in the Beauty Contest on a whim. xD Probably a bad plan, but it has been kinda fun. A part of Neo I don't see often.
I don't know if I'll change much based on comments, as I've already spent so much time on the pic, but I'll keep things in mind for future works. ^^
