I, too, think a fixed-term ban is a good idea. Despite it all, I am uncomfortable with a permanent ban -- that is something we have always reserved for the very worst offenders. Checkers' problem is that he doesn't want to change and refuses to listen to authority figures -- which, sustained over a ...

Saying that you're going to "continue to ignore" this topic highlights EXACTLY what our problem with you is, checkers. You continually ignore input from the community, specifically the forum-elected community heads whose job it is to maintain relative peace here. Maybe if you actually LIST...

Unfortunately, Daisy's examples are just the tip of the iceberg. I have been lucky enough to have been spared trying to negotiate with checkers via PM, but the other mods have been attempting for months, with no apparent effect, to deal with checkers. I usually would hesitate about bringing private ...

Thanks, El. You've just saved me the trouble of trying to explain the vast inappropriateness of checkers' posting of someone else's art. I quite like the expression on the face of your kumos -- the eyes are very nice, too. It's interesting to see such an expressionless pet done so it actually looks ...

Checkers, we are moderators, but we are also members of the community. Unless otherwise stated (or obviously implied, as in Kamil's post and my recent post to you), you can safely assume that comments about the pets are just that -- comments, from members, about the pets. Ty's personal jab was unnec...

Why do you continue being off topic when you know you're off topic? If you want to talk about sonic, make a thread in offsite games, or PM me to split this into one.

I thought that Brie was probably based on one of your rats, but I wasn't sure. The angelic colouring will indeed match that picture very nicely! I do love the cheeky sticking-out tongue pose of the dm wyllop, though.

I, too, vote for posting it all. :D I love your art, FMD, always have. The expression on Xurya's face is sooo perfect, and I adore the wee bird on Brie's paw. And the colouring of that pet! Lovely.

The eyes on cream are gorgeous. I really like the redraw, but I hope they don't revamp the dm sheeta. I doubt they will -- it's pretty new -- but it's the one I have and I like it as it is. And even though I personally love this revamp, I sympathize with those of you whose sheetas personalities no l...

I agree with others that it is overall too sharp. I can't think of another pet on the site that has this degree of sharpness to the lines -- really, like covet said, as if the photoshop sharpen tool has been dragged over the entire thing. If this were toned down I would love it. I have always liked ...

If you were "REALLY really sorry," checkers, you wouldn't have done it. I do'nt know what NyauNyau will think, and overall it isn't a huge deal, but it's a job -- nobody in real life would go petitioning to a company on behalf of a stranger; it just isn't very polite. Perhaps you should th...

It's GORGEOUS, NyauNyau. This is really how the dragon revamp should have been -- perfect update of the old pet without losing any of its quiddity. There isn't a thing I dislike about it. It wouldn't be enough to make me run out and get a dragon, but that's only because I don't have room or personal...

I agree with Huggles. Just because we aren't at subeta (where any negative discussion is being shut down pretty quickly as far as I can tell, as I wander the forums in my BB quest for 100 posts) doesn't mean we need to degenerate into random flaming. It's one thing to post thoughtful analyses of som...

I think we need to remember not to use generalized terms like "subeta staff" or "the artists" when it can be avoided. We have several artists who post here, some regularly and some less so, and none of them, in my memory, have rejected criticism or critique when it is thoughtfull...

Please, do not just quote entire posts while adding nothing but "I agree." Long quotes with no response are annoying and rude. At the very least, please add a sentence of your own opinions and thoughts. /modhat Anyway, I'd say something about not polling users being a stupid, stupid idea, ...
