Re: Dimensional and Transparent Peophin
That Transparent Peophin is depressing. If you can't draw Transparent, pick a different colour.

Re: Dimensional and Transparent Peophin
Dimensional: Quite a nice shade of blue, very easy on the eyes. The dimensional effects flow well with the body.
Transparent: Whoo, boy. Quick summary of everything that's wrong (though keep in mind I'm not an anatomy expert):
* Should not be bones in the ears and head fins
* Leg bones don't attach back to the spine, leaving them floating in between the ribs
* No spine at all
* Rib cage should end probably right below the legs, with a tail bone supporting the rest of the form
* Should not be bones in the tail fins either (should just be cartilage)
* Only a heart and thin trail of intestines - no lungs or any other organs
Conclusion: Peophins are in horrible pain all the time.

Fan Transparent Peo that blows the official one out of the water...
I think this is the work of the "Rainbow Baby Blu" artist, who is about as skilled as I was as a 14 year old making custom lupe dolls.
Re: Dimensional and Transparent Peophin
^--- Better. Much, much better.
TNT's Transparent Peophin really is pony.
Against that, the Dimensional is superb. (Though I think that, too, might be average at best.)

Re: Dimensional and Transparent Peophin
I'm going to jump in with Keleri up there and post some other transparent Peo edits I've seen:
From wobbafina on Tumblr here: http://wobbafina.tumblr.com/post/124993 ... in-color-a
And another excellent version from Bebeness over at Reddit here: https://www.reddit.com/user/Bebeness

Hoo boy. Wow. Wow. Which is worst--the ribs in the neck, the ribs extending down the whole tail, or the branching bone in the flukes?
How much have they given up? This is the saddest thing I've seen on the whole site. And/or most embarrassing.

Re: Dimensional and Transparent Peophin
So apparently they did redraw the Transparent one. I left the old one up so anyone viewing this in the future will know what we were talking about.

Re: Dimensional and Transparent Peophin
That's much improved! And refreshing to see TNT taking that on board and coming up with something closer to the fan versions.

Re: Dimensional and Transparent Peophin
I'm really surprised they redrew it, to be honest - The last time they redid a pet color was, what, 2002? It's great to see them fix it though - the new version is gorgeous, and I don't any glaring anatomical problems.

Re: Dimensional and Transparent Peophin
The original looks more like the quick thumbnail sketch you'd absentmindedly doodle in the meeting after somebody suggests transparent for this year's Peophin Day. I'm impressed that they redrew it.

Wow. Thank goodness! So much better. And they clearly looked at a horse skull, too.
