Should I go for broke, and buy the darigan paintbrush I've been lusting over? Or, should I buy the other two paintbrushes on my wishlist, and continue saving for darigan?

or- Striped and Tyrannian, which leaves me with around 300k
Really, it's probably about what you want more at the moment. If you've wanted Darigan, and you'd rather have that first, I say go for it.
If you don't really care which you get first, though, I'd recommend the others; inflation is likely to push up the price more while you're saving, and Darigan is of course in the Hidden Tower.
My humble opinion? Go for the two paintbrushes, and then you still have 300k in the bank to use as a jumping-off point for the final. As well, Darigan isn't likely to inflate/deflate, unless they retire it.
