Neocolours

So for about a day or so now I haven't been able to access the main Neocolours site, I just keep getting a "server not found" page. I asked Joey about it and she said it was down for her as well but that some people are able to access the site. She also gave me the link for neocolours.eu (which I'm using now).

Anyone know why some people can access NC while others can't right now?

I think the answer is at the top of the page, it's DNS related. D:
