Usergroup Changes

2.0.5 is really quite old- phpBB.com doesn't allow anything older than 2.0.6 because iirc, there were some significant changes in that version. I wonder if there's a newer version somewhere.

I don't know. I've been looking for a new version and have't been able to find one. I don't understand why because it's such a useful function: you'd think more people would want it.
